50% White Garnacha
Degrees of alcohol: 13.0% Vol
Extraction of the must after cold macerating with the skins. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC to safeguard the varietal aromas. Once the fermentation is finished, a long maceration begins with fine lees.
Aroma: Lemon yellow, clean and bright.
Aromas of tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, kiwi, citrus mix such as lime and grapefruit. Aromas of green fruit and herbaceous touches that give way to a certain mineral character.
Fresh and powerful entry on the palate, which enhances the citrus and mineral flavors. Pleasant acidity provided by the Sauvignon Blanc, in addition to the creaminess given by the Garnacha Blanca.
Ideal temperature: 6-7 ºC
To accompany: White fish and shellfish, low-structure dishes, rice, pasta and potatoes.
