Variety: 100% Tempranillo.
Harvest date: September 25, 2015.
Aging: 14-16 months in New Barrel. 80% French Oak and 20% American Oak.
Clean and bright, with a high layer.
Garnet color and deep intensity.
Clean condition, with high olfactory intensity and very good fruit base. Varietal aromas of ripe red fruits, with spicy and sweet backgrounds, pleasant aromas of pastries, typical aniseed from aging in new barrels such as roasted, smoked and cocoa. Not very high toasts.
Powerful entry on the palate, very expressive, full of flavors. Sweet and rounded tannins with a good balance between fruit and wood. Long and persistent finish with a sweet sensation and a pleasant aftertaste.
Serving temperature: Conservation and consumption between 15-16ºC.
A favorable evolution is expected in the bottle of up to 7 years.
Red meats, game feathers accompanied by sauces and garnish, spoon dishes, cured cheeses and charcuterie.
