For many, the best Cabernet in Spain. Our veteran continues to be our champion, a wine as elegant as it is complex. Its vines with more than twenty-five years of experience and its late harvest after a perfect maturation, make up a wine that treasures nuances of scrubland, spices and minerals. Its unique spirit also comes from a slow and careful production process, with long macerations, aging for 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels and fermentation in wooden vats. It also rests for a long aging in the bottle before going on the market. To taste it, it is recommended to serve it at 16º and wait for it to speak calmly. In the mouth, we will find it polished but with a lot of punch, and it will always leave us a long aftertaste.
