It shows a very intense greenish yellow that attracts attention. It is a clean and bright wine, with the presence of the aromas of white fruit to which notes of honey and pastry are added. Unctuous and tasty on the palate, but always fresh, light, pleasant and with a long aftertaste. It is the result of careful production: harvest in September after a complete maturation, fermentation in new French oak barrels at controlled temperature and aging for about three months with batonnage on fine lees in barrels of the same characteristics. Afterwards, the wine remains in the bottle for at least 6 months. This is our Chardonnay, an aromatic and smooth white that begs to be savored at 10ºC.
