It comes from a grape with deep roots in Bordeaux that, due to its long maturation, perfectly matches our particular climate. Our youngest vineyard has an excellent future and a long history. The wine is presented in intense cherry red with blue sparkles. The nose reveals notes of berries, licorice, eucalyptus and also scrubland. In the mouth, it attacks fresh and smooth; then the concentration of ripe tannins appears, giving it great breadth and final length. It can be stored for up to 10 years in the cellar and to know all its nuances it is recommended to serve it between 16ºC.
