A special variety that we take care of with a special preparation. Fermented in concrete tanks to preserve its freshness and then we pass it to new French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation. One year in the swaths of oak barrels and 18 months in the bottle before going out into the world. The result, a wine of an incredible cherry red color with purple edges. On the nose it is very intense and gives us a mixture of ripe jam, black olive and toasted notes. It fills the whole mouth and is sweet and tasty, but despite its intensity, it is well polished at the end of the tasting. Optimum enjoyment is at 16ºC.
