One of the characteristics that attracts attention is that the cream is made with cured cheese with what its flavor is more intense. Specifically, pieces of payoya goat’s milk cheese aged between 5 and 6 months have been used. The cheese is mixed with cream and this is how you get this cheese to spread.
Its consumption is usually, mainly, in breakfasts, snacks and desserts. Fine on the palate and smooth in texture.
