RIBERA DEL DUERO
Variety: 100% Tempranillo.
Harvest date: September 21, 2017.
Aging: 9 months in New Barrel. 60% American Oak and 40% French Oak.
Delicatessen, semi-cured cheeses, blue fish, some white meats, even roasted red meat such as kid or lamb. It admits mushrooms and dishes of salted cod and in general fish in sauce. Ideal for pasta with tomato sauce and a perfect ally for tapas with toasts and assorted skewers.
Clear appearance, with high layer.
Cherry color, with an outstanding intensity.
It presents a clean condition with a high aromatic intensity. Good fruity base with character, freshness and remarkable finesse. Sensible notes of barrel in evolution.
Soft entry with medium-high acidity, good persistence where aromas of infusion flowers stand out. Red fruits of great freshness and finesse, balsamic and spicy, with predominantly clove notes. Perfect integration between the wine and its aging in barrels with body, balanced, tasty and broad. Good structure and long finish.
Serving temperature: Conservation and consumption between 15-16ºC.
A favorable evolution in the bottle is expected for up to 4 years.
