Once you make the purchase, we will send to the email account that you have provided, a summary of your order with the assigned reference number, items that you have purchased, a breakdown of additional costs such as shipping costs or others if any, such expenses for the use of the selected means of payment and data to contact us, such as email and contact numbers.


Shipping costs have the following costs, which you can also see broken down during the purchase process:

Spain (including mainland Portugal) : € 8,47 These Transport costs are FREE for peninsular shipments with an amount greater than 67 euros. We do not ship to the Portuguese Islands.

Baleares : The cost of transport to the Balearic Islands is variable depending on the quantity of the order and the type of merchandise purchased.

According to your order weigh, the price will be as follows:

– Up to 4 kg: € 12,00

– From 4 kg: € 12,00 + € 1,20 Kg aditional

– With Credit Card

You can use VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards to pay the amount of your purchase in our store, through the PayPal gateway.

– Paypal

If you are a user of this payment system, you can use your Paypal account to pay for the purchase.

– Cash on delivery

Orders whose destination is the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, will have to be paid by Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer. Cash on delivery orders will have a 5% surcharge, with a minimum of 3 euros for the rest of the destinations.

Likewise, orders that for any reason must be palletized due to the volume or format of the article, such as plants of great height or quantity, substrates or other articles that we cannot send by express parcel, in this case the merchandise is mounted on a pallet and It is sent by conventional agency, of which the cash on delivery is not valid. In each case it will always be indicated in the corresponding articles.

– Bizum

Now you can also pay for your purchases through the Bizum platform. Pay quickly and safely from your mobile.


Most shipments will be made by express courier. Your order will be sent from our nursery within a maximum period of 24 business hours (except for those products in which a different time is specified in the file), and you will receive it at the address you indicate, within a period of one or two business days (24/48 hours), from the moment the merchandise leaves our warehouses. On the same day of departure we will send you a message with a tracking code for the transport so that you can be aware of the delivery address.

In very specific cases, with very remote populations, it may happen that only deliveries are made one or two days a week.

During the sales season, Christmas, etc., these deadlines could be delayed by an additional 24 hours in case of saturation of the transport company.

When it comes to bulky merchandise or large orders, we send the merchandise in Pallets or Boxpalets (wooden cages), expressly designed for the transport of delicate products. These Boxpalets travel by conventional transport companies, with the delivery time between 48 and 72 hours. In any case, we will always notify you of the probable delivery date.


In accordance with the provisions of article 101 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have 14 calendar days if you want to return the merchandise to Dale Champions Gourmet, days that are counted from the date you received the order. According to article 102 of this law, this cannot be applied to those goods that have been made according to the instructions given by the consumer, personalized, or that, due to their characteristics, cannot be returned or may be damaged or expire shortly. time (for example perishable food)

Once your email or letter has been received, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt along with the steps to follow to complete the return process. It is important that you keep this email that we send you to serve as proof. You will have 14 days to make the return as long as it is not perishable products.

We will not be able to accept returns after the deadline and the money will not be returned for those products that have been damaged by the customer.

If the products are not returned in the same original packaging, the good may suffer a depreciation.

If the item is not available, we can offer you a product with similar characteristics without an increase in price. It is your power to accept the new product as if it were the one initially requested or to withdraw from your purchase.


In the event of a defective product, the seller (Dale Champions Gourmet) will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from when he became aware of it.


The return of articles in orders with a promotional code, implies the partial loss of the amount of the code whenever the conditions of use of the same are broken.


All the images of the articles are property of Dale Champions Gourmet, and of its different suppliers.

In some cases, the images are intended to show interesting details of each product, but since they are characteristics that can vary over time, they should be taken as an approximation of the product that you will receive. We also usually show a photo with a model of the product you are buying. This photo will try to be representative of all the products available for sale, and it is not contractual.

In other products, there may be a slight difference between the color of the picture and the actual color of the item due to the quality of the photo.
